These SMS Terms of Use govern your enrollment in and use of the Big Mike Storage text messaging program. By opting in, you agree to these terms.
Program Summary
Message types: Big Mike Storage sends two categories of text messages to opted-in subscribers: (1) Informational / service-related — payment reminders, unit availability notices, lease updates, and facility access alerts; and (2) Marketing / promotional — special offers, discounts, and seasonal deals.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your account activity and preferences — typically 2 to 6 messages per month. You may receive up to 6 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help.
1. Program Description
Big Mike Storage ("we," "us," "our") operates an SMS text messaging program to communicate with customers and prospective customers. By opting in, you may receive the following types of messages:
- Payment reminders and billing notices
- Unit availability and lease renewal updates
- Facility access and operational notices
- Promotional offers and seasonal deals
Message frequency varies depending on your account activity and the nature of communications.
2. How to Opt In
You may opt in to our SMS program by submitting your mobile phone number on our SMS Opt-In Page and clicking "Opt In to Text Updates." By doing so, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Big Mike Storage at the mobile number provided.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of renting a unit or purchasing any service from Big Mike Storage.
3. How to Opt Out
You may cancel your SMS subscription at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message we send you. After sending STOP, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

7. Eligible Carriers
Our SMS program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carrier availability may vary. Big Mike Storage is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues.
8. Privacy
Your mobile phone number and any information collected through this SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms of Use at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued participation in our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
